THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Leaving the 200m QUICKSTEPGAL (K Matsunyane) was brushed in on two occasions by CAPTAINS ENVY (T Godden) which was hanging in and rolled in. As a consequence POLAR LIGHT (C Habib) rolled in away from QUICKSTEPGAL (K Matsunyane). b) WILD WILD GREEN (R Fourie) hung in, in the concluding stages. c) Jockey J P v'd Merwe reported that he felt something amiss in the running with WINTER BELLE.
