THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	MRS DLADLA (J Penny) jumped inwards leaving the stalls.	
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	Shortly after the start, WINDS OF GRACE (L Mxothwa) and MRS DLADLA (J Penny), which jumped inwards leaving the stalls, came together and bumped. 
b)	MRS DLADLA (J Penny) commenced to give ground to the field from the 400m.
c)	WITCHING HOUR (M van Rensburg) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m. 
d)	At approximately the 150m, CONCORDIA (*G Samo-Burthia) was steadied and switched in to avoid the heels of HARPER'S WAY (P Mxoli), which ducked out sharply. 
e)	Jockey L Mxothwa reported that WINDS OF GRACE did not stride out freely in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. 
f)	Trainer F Bronkhorst was requested to report back to the Stipendiary Board on the condition of CONCORDIA on return to stables. 			
g)	ON A JET PLANE (M K Katjedi), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
