THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) FORTUNATE SON (K Matsunyane) over-raced in the early stages. Thereafter, Jockey K Matsunyane reported that this gelding took no interest in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. b) WINGS OF ICE (R Danielson) hung out from the 300m. c) Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt something amiss with TASKMASTER (ARG) in running.
