THE STARTER REPORTED: a) BLURRED VISION (M K Katjedi) and STOP THE TRAFFIC (*G Samo-Burthia) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) GAMER (G Lerena) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In the concluding stages, ALAKANANI (C Maujean) was carried out by STOP THE TRAFFIC (*G Samo-Burthia), which shifted out marginally away from the crop. b) The Judges, after giving the provisional result to the Boardroom, called for a second photograph with regards to the minor placings and adjusted the provisional result prior to the all-clear being given. c) CARTAGENA (K Matsunyane), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer H E Adamson advised (MS). d) CITY LIGHTS (C Habib), unplaced, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer F Bronkhorst advised (DR).
