a)	TEATIME TIPPLE (A Mgudlwa) over-raced in the early stages. 
b)	At the 300m, RED MOUNTAIN (*D Pillay) was directed inwards to continue its run. 
c)	Jockey C Habib reported that he felt something amiss with SWEEPER KEEPER in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer W Whitehead will be advised to report back to the Stipendiary Board on the condition of this gelding on return to stables.
d)	Trainer P Matchett signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 39.7.5, in that he failed to vaccinate SKITTLES SKIES against Equine Influenza in accordance with the programme of vaccination as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. A penalty of a fine of R1000 was imposed. 
e)	ROSH KEDESH (C Zackey), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D Kannemeyer was advised (NS).
