THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, BELLA BOOP BOOP (C Habib) was awkwardly placed between A BIT OF CLASS (G Lerena), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls, and FIRE ON FIRE (*K J Lihaba), which jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) At approximately the 1200m, HARPER'S WAY (*G Samo-Burthia) was steadied when awkwardly placed between BELLA BOOP BOOP (C Habib) and HOPSCOTCH (M Yeni), which rolled in. c) HANIFAH (K Matsunyane) commenced to give ground to the field from the 200m. d) A BIT OF CLASS (G Lerena), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
