THE STARTER REPORTED: a) TWENTYTWENTYVISION (P Strydom) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) DEAL MAKER (GB) (G Lerena) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. c) IN THE ETHER (P Mxoli) and MICKE'S BOMB (J Gates) were slow losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey M Yeni reported that PACIFIC took no interest in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. b) TWENTYTWENTYVISION (P Strydom), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer T Woodruff, acting on behalf of Trainer J Crawford, was advised (MS). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) MICKE'S BOMB was ridden by Jockey J Gates (declared 3 July 2025 at 08H14).
