THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ABOVE THE HORIZON (MK Katjedi) was nervous in the stalls. b) ARIVIDICIO (C Maujean) jumped awkwardly and was slow into stride. c) GREEN OKRA (R Fourie), JAMBO SANA (S Naidoo), KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (S Khathi) and MISTER WHISTLE (J Gates) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (S Khathi) made slight contact with ROYAL CITY GIRL (G Lerena), which jumped inwards slightly leaving the stalls. b) ROYAL CITY GIRL (G Lerena) shifted out away from the crop from the 250m. Jockey G Lerena appeared before the Board and was advised to react sooner when his mounts commence to shift ground. c) MISTER WHISTLE (J Gates) and GREEN OKRA (R Fourie) were hanging in from the 200m. d) ABOVE THE HORIZON, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer SB Kotzen was advised.
