THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, PEREGRINE FALCON (K Matsunyane) was brushed out by PHALA MILLIONS (J Gates), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls. b) In view of the performance of HEIRLOOM (K A Brewer), (distance 9,00 lengths, betting 33/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) PHALA MILLIONS (J Gates), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
