THE STARTER REPORTED: a) DIBBLE (D Ashby) and ONE DANCE (*S Bungane) jumped slow, losing one length. b) GUTSY BABY (O Noach) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey C Murray reported that the bit on SWIFT SERENITY, which was hanging out from the 200m, pulled through this filly's mouth and made it difficult to ride her out to the end of the race. b) At the 100m HERITAGE RIDGE (C Little), which initially shifted in and PENNYS CHOICE (G Lerena), which shifted out marginally, brushed. c) LAYDELAY (C Zackey) raced green and was hanging out throughout. d) In view of the performance of DIBBLE (D Ashby), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) HERITAGE RIDGE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
