THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	GO DANCING (*J Botes) jumped slow, losing two lengths.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (13h04)
b)	ATLANTIC PEARL (*N Nastili) over raced in the early stages.
c)	CELTIQUE (MK Katjedi) was hanging in from the 400m.
d)	KEENIA'S PRINCESS (J Gates) was directed inwards at approximately the 300m to obtain clear running. 
e)	Jockey M Yeni reported that LIKE A BUTTERFLY did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
f)	Jockey C Little reported that BLIND FAITH choked up in running and he did not persevere with his riding from the 200m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
The Stipendiary Board has exercised the provisions of Rule 49.7, and this filly is suspended pending a Veterinary Certificate prior to its next racing engagement. Trainer JP Nel was advised. (Dr M Bawden)
Trainer JP Nel was advised to report back should he find anything amiss with BLIND FAITH on her return to the stables.
g)	ATLANTIC PEARL (*N Nastili) returned with a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended for a period of 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1. (Dr M Bawden)
h)	The saddle on KEENIA'S PRINCESS (J Gates) slipped back in running. This was confirmed by the Veterinary Surgeon.
i)	FARAWAY GIRL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer SB Kotzen was advised. (LM)
