THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	HOLLYWOOD MADAM (+S Mosia) was slow into stride.	

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	AMERICAN SOCIALITE broke down at approximately the 600m and was eased out of the race by Work Rider J Horing. 
b)	Work Rider T Lukhele, the rider of LADY BLUNT,  got his crop entangled in his right-side rein at the 200m. 
c)	Work Rider T Lukhele was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that he, as the rider of LADY BLUNT, misused his crop by striking this filly more than twelve times (14), which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race. 
Work Rider T Lukhele signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in two (2) Work Rider races. 
Suspension dates:  26 August 2025 and 2 September 2025.       
d)	Work Rider T Matsoele was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that he, as the rider of SAVARA'S PRINCESS, misused his crop by striking this filly more than twelve times (14), which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race. 
Work Rider T Matsoele signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in two (2) Work Rider races. 
Suspension dates:  26 August 2025 and 2 September 2025.       
e)	HOLLYWOOD MADAM (+S Mosia), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.	Trainer J A Soma advised (MS).
	
WORK RIDER CHANGES:
a)	SAVARA'S PRINCESS: Work Rider T Matsoele weighed out at 55,7kg, 3kg over the carded weight as declared.
