a)	OMIKAMI (*B Plaatjies) failed to parade in front of the grandstand. Trainer L Woodruff was advised that should this filly behave in a similar manner in future engagements, she may be suspended.
b)	Approaching the 400m BOOGIEFIED (AUS) (C Orffer) was directed outwards and into clear running. 
c) 	Jockey C Zackey reported that GOLD DUST, which was hanging out throughout, made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
d)	Jockey R Fourie reported that SAN PEDRO made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
