a)	BEAUTIFUL ONE (JP van der Merwe) jumped outwards and was slow into stride. 
b)	CHICKASAW (R Fourie) jumped slow, losing one length. 
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	At the 200m LILTING SONG (C Little) was steadied and directed inwards when close to the heels of HUSUNI KUBWA (C Bantam)
b)	Jockey JP van der Merwe was unable to ride BEAUTIFUL ONE to the finish when awkwardly placed between HUSUNI KUBWA (C Bantam) and CLOUDS CLEARING (G Lerena) in the concluding stages.
c)	Jockey C Bantam reported that HUSUNI KUBWA did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
d)	In view of the performance of LOVE HER MADLY (*B Plaatjies), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
