Stipes Report
THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SHEEZAROCKET (R A Venniker) lost 2 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) JUMPTHEGREENLIGHT (S Moodley) over-raced in the early stages and thereafter hung in from the 350m. b) The saddle on DEE DAY (*D Pillay) slipped forward in the running. This was confirmed by the Patrol Video. c) Approaching the 800m SWIFTY LINN (M V'Rensburg) was carried out by DEE DAY (*D Pillay) which was directed outwards away from the heels of SALLY PORT (D Daniels). d) Entering the straight SALLY PORT (D Daniels) was directed to the outside of DEE DAY (*D Pillay) to obtain a clear run. e) SHEEZAROCKET (R A Venniker) was continuously baulked for a clear run between the 400m and the 300m. Thereafter approaching the 200m SHEEZAROCKET (R A Venniker) was inconvenienced on two occasions between ANEMIE (S Veale) and RED LHASA (K Matsunyane) which hung in from the 300m. f) In view of the performance of WINTER GLADE (N Patel) which was not persevered with from the 150m, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. g) SALLY PORT (D Daniels), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee T Ryan acting on behalf of Trainer M J Odendaal was advised (NS). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) SWIFTY LINN raced fitted with alumites (advised 05.09.2025/08h53). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED : a) WINTER GLADE : Lame right hind. Suspended pending a Veterinary Certificate. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS : DISQUALIFIED / DECLARED NON-RUNNER: a) None.
