b)	BEHAVE HARRIS (C Zackey) raced wide on the latter part of the turn and was hanging in in the straight.
c)	FAST TRAIN (JP van der Merwe) raced green and was hanging in in the straight.
d)	Jockey A Fortune was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.3 in that he failed to ride MEET THE KING out to the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, thereby prejudicing his chance of obtaining 2nd place. Jockey A Fortune signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in races for a period of thirty (30) days. (Dates: 12/10/2025 to 10/11/2025, both dates inclusive)
e)	Trainer PP Kruyer was charged with a contravention of Rule 10.5.6.1 in that he failed to notify the local office of the National Horseracing Authority within two (2) business days that FAST TRAIN had been gelded. Trainer PP Kruyer signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R 250,00.
f)	Trainer GS Kotzen was charged with a contravention of Rule 8.3.1 in that he failed to have available the registered colours of the owner/s of PROUDLY SPOKEN. Trainer GS Kotzen signed an Admission of Guilt and was given a warning.
g)	Jockey M Yeni was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.3 in that he failed to ride FORT LIAM out to the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, thereby prejudicing his chances of obtaining 5th place. Jockey M Yeni signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R2 612.00.
