Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	VICTORY OF DUBAI (+A Feni) and SHIPS AT SEA (+S Mosia) jumped outwards leaving the stalls.
b)	FULL GO (+S Mkhumbuzi) was slow losing one length.	

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	Shortly after the start, WHISTLEFORTHEWIND (+G Dadamasi) had to steady momentarily when awkwardly placed between EARL OF CARDIGAN (+T Matsoele), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls, and FORGOTTEN TIME (+C Mabaya), which jumped inwards leaving the stalls.
b)	Shortly after the start, Work Rider A Feni (VICTORY OF DUBAI) adjusted the footing to his left side stirrup iron. 
c)	EARL OF CARDIGAN (+T Matsoele) was carried out from the 300m by VICTORY OF DUBAI (+A Feni), which hung out from the 400m. 
d)	SILVER TO VANO (+A Sithole) commenced to give ground to the field from the 600m.
e)	In view of the performance of VICTORY OF DUBAI (+A Feni), (distance 9,50 lengths, betting 2/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 	
f)	Work Rider D Botha was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 in that he used his crop in a manner which was in contravention of the conditions of the Race, by striking BALLISTA on one occasion with his crop, when his crop hand was off the reins. Work Rider D Botha signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in one (1) Work Rider race.

g)	INTEGRATE (+S Siphika), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
h)	EARL OF CARDIGAN (+T Matsoele), placed second, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Binda, acting on behalf of Trainer G J Maroun, advised (HK).
