Stipes Report
THE STARTER REPORTED: a) I'M SO PRITTI (JP van der Merwe) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) On entering the straight PRINCESS OF GAUL (S Veale) made it's run on the inside of the track and between the 350m and the 150m, raced tight and ultimately, was unable to secure clear running on the inside of BE MERRY (A Domeyer). When questioned, Jockey S Veale confirmed this incident and, in his opinion, this was a racing incident and could not apportion blame to any Rider, which was confirmed by the Stewards. b) In view of the performance of I'M SO PRITTI (JP van der Merwe), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) SHE'S MY WORLD, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
