THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PRETTY ANALIA (S Moodley) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey C Murray was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that he, as the rider of DIMAKO'S JET, misused his crop by striking this mare more than twelve times (13), which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race. Jockey C Murray signed an Admission of Guilt and a fine of R2000 was imposed. b) FUTURE DATE (M K Katjedi), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
