Stipes Report

a)	EUPHRATES (L Nhlapo) and LEANNE'S LOVE (S Moodley) were slow into stride.	
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	At approximately the 1400m, PARABELLUM (K Matsunyane) and LEANNE'S LOVE (S Moodley) were steadied momentarily when awkwardly placed on the inside of NOTHING COMPARES (*G Samo-Burthia), which shifted in when commencing to over-race. 
b)	KAVOMOLKA (K A Brewer) shifted both ways away from the crop from the 400m.
c)	At approximately the 300m, NOTHING COMPARES (*G Samo-Burthia) was steadied when awkwardly placed on the heels of TEXAS MISSILE (C Habib), which hung in from the 400m. 
d)	LEANNE'S LOVE (S Moodley) tired badly in the concluding stages. In view of this performance, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
e)	Shortly before the finish line, EUPHRATES (L Nhlapo) was steadied when tightened for galloping room between KAVOMOLKA (K A Brewer) and ITSNOWORNEVER (*K J Lihaba), which rolled in. 
f)	In view of the performance of PARABELLUM (K Matsunyane), (distance 17,40 lengths, betting 25/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.	
g)	Jockey C Murray reported that he felt something amiss with GREEN MACHINE in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.	
h)	SIX OF ALL (M van Rensburg), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.

JOCKEY CHANGES:
a)	LEANNE'S LOVE was ridden by Jockey	S Moodley, who weighed out at 54.9kg, 1kg over the carded weight as declared.
Permission was granted for the change, as a flight cancellation from Gqeberha precluded Jockey C Zackey from using the sweat box and making the weight. 
b)	NOTHING COMPARES: Apprentice G Samo-Burthia weighed out at 50,2kg, only claiming 3,5kg of his 4kg apprentice allowance.
