THE STARTER REPORTED A) AFTERNOON TEA and SOUND CHECK were slow into stride. B) FLY MY FLAG was stubborn loading. Trainer S B Kotzen was advised to re-school this filly prior to its next engagement. C) POT SOX was stubborn loading. The starting stall certificate for this filly is withdrawn. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED A) Jockey M V'Rensburg reported that he felt something amiss with POT SOX in the running. The Course Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. B) In view of the Starter's report with regard to POT SOX (M V'Rensburg), this filly's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and she is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable loading into the stalls. Suspension dates: 16 April 2022 to 22 April 2022 both days included. POT SOX may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer S B Kotzen was advised. C) The winner GLACIER GOLD was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis, Trainer A C Greeff advised (LM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES A) FLY MY FLAG raced equipped with a compression mask (11:53 - 11/04/2022).
