Stipes Report

a)	LOWVELD LILY (M Yeni) jumped with its head up, losing two lengths.
b)	LOCK AND KEY (C Little) jumped inwards and made contact with MISS WORLD (*B Plaatjies). 
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	At the 300m KINDA WONDERFUL (R Fourie), which over raced in the early stages, was directed outwards to avoid the heels of a tiring LOCK AND KEY (C Little).
b)	Approaching the 100m DISTING (S Moodley) had to be steadied for a number of strides when tightened for room between MISS WORLD (*B Plaatjies), which initially shifted out slightly and was straightened and SYMPHONY IN WHITE (S Veale), which reacted and shifted in slightly when a large bird took flight in front of the field.  
c)	LOWVELD LILY (M Yeni) was hanging in in the straight. 
d)	Jockey C Little reported that LOCK AND KEY did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
e)	SCARLET MACAW, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Bass was advised. (TJ)
