a)	PRINCE OF TIBET (R Fourie) rushed the front gate and jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls.
b)	RED CORAL (A Domeyer), MY BESTIE (C Zackey) and GRIPEN (S Khumalo) were slow into stride.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	DIOGENES (M Yeni) raced wide without cover on the turn and into the straight.
b)	Jockey A Domeyer reported that he felt something amiss with RED CORAL. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
c)	In view of the performance of ISCHYRO (*S Bungane), which raced prominently and tired quickly in the latter stages, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
d)	BOUNDLESS LOVE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer SJ Snaith was advised. (ZM)
