a)	After leaving the parade ring correctly shod, IT IS MY TIME (G van Niekerk) lifted its left front shoe, which was replaced, causing a delay.
b)	Shortly after the start, GALLIC VICTOR (C Zackey) got its head up when being ridden for cover in the early stages.
c)	GOLD DUST (L Mxothwa) was hanging out on the turn.
d)	GALLIC VICTOR (C Zackey) was steadied at the finish when awkwardly placed between MARCUS AURELIUS (G Lerena) and IT IS MY TIME (G van Niekerk).
e)	Jockey G Lerena reported that MARCUS AURELIUS changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
