THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CALL ME JANE (K de Melo) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls and thereafter was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DA) : a) WINGS OF JOSEPHINE (C Dicken) hung in from the 350m. b) At the 100m, MAGICAL SKY (S Hlengwa) which rolled in, was brushed out by MILLION VOICES (T Godden) which rolled out. c) Jockey C Habib reported that he felt something amiss with MISS MUNROE in the straight and as a result eased this filly out of the Race. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of MALSHANA MOU (C Zackey) (4.70 lengths, 2/1 in the betting) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning MISS MUNROE, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for a period of 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority.
