THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PEGGY SUE SHAKE (A Mgudlwa) was stubborn to load. b) A M C VOTER (S Hlengwa) lost 2 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DA) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded (13h29). b) Leaving the starting stalls ADA LOVELACE (*D Pillay) and PEGGY SUE SHAKE (A Mgudlwa) came together and bumped. c) Shortly after the start DEE DEE'S DELIGHT (M Thackeray) and HAPPY HOOVES (C F Dicken) came together and brushed on a number of occasions. d) DUNGEON MASTER (C Maujean) over-raced in the early stages and on the first part of the turn. e) A M C VOTER (S Hlengwa) shifted out away from the crop between the 400m and the 250m. f) PAST AND PRESENT (T Godden), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
