THE STARTER REPORTED: a) FATE DECREED (K Matsunyane) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DM) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss with THE GHOST in the running.
