Stipes Report
THE STARTER REPORTED: a) A fair start. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (JN) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) As the start was effected APACHE AG (S Khumalo) was bumped on two occasions by DONMAGOO (C Murray) which jumped inwards. c) KISSING MASTER (N Patel) was bumped by ANEMIE (S Hlengwa) which was carried in by BLONDE BOMBSHELL (*G Samo-Burthia) which jumped inwards leaving the starting stalls. d) DONMAGOO (C Murray) proved difficult to settle in the early stages. e) Jockey S Moodley was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2, (Appendix E; Guideline M), in that as the rider of QUINCY TOWN he misused his crop by striking this gelding more than twelve times (15). Jockey S Moodley signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R7500. f) QUINCY TOWN (S Moodley), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A J Rivalland was advised (MM). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) Jockey C Habib was the rider of OWNER OF CREATION (advised 07.02.2026/19h28). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil.
