THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CAPE EAGLE (S Moodley) stubborn to load. b) ISIVIVANE (S Veale) lost 2 lengths and thereafter was slow to stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DM) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Jockey C Habib reported that he felt something amiss in the running with AMOR FATI. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested. c) KING PELLES (S Khumalo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer G van Zyl (Jnr) was advised (MM).
