THE STARTER REPORTED: a) LA PULGA (A Domeyer) and BLACKBERRY MALT (C Little) were slow into stride. b) TENPENNY (JP van der Merwe) jumped inwards. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (15h51) b) After being slow to begin, LA PULGA (A Domeyer) was brushed inwards by SONG TO THE MOON (R Piechulek), which shifted in away from TENPENNY (JP van der Merwe). c) UMFULA (R Fourie) was hanging out in the straight. d) DUBBELOSIX, unplaced, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
