a)	DECEPTION PASS (*T Mayhew) and SAIL THE SKY (M K Katjedi) were slow into stride.

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded.
b)	Jockey G Lerena, the rider of DRIVELIKEAMASTER, accidentally dropped his crop at the 100m. Thereafter, FOSTINOVO (K de Melo) was brushed in by DRIVELIKEAMASTER (G Lerena), which rolled in.
c)	Jockey M K Katjedi reported that SAIL THE SKY did not stride out freely in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 	
d)	FOSTINOVO (K de Melo), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
