THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ROY'S GLORIOUS (*M Mbuto) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DA) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) Leaving the starting stalls, MANY WATERS (R Venniker) and BLACK PLATINA (C Habib) came together and bumped. c) DREAM DECISION (*D Pillay) over-raced in the early and middle stages. d) ROY'S GLORIOUS (*M Mbuto) raced wide into the final straight. e) Approaching the 100m, DREAM DECISION (*D Pillay) was directed inwards away from MANY WATERS (R Venniker) which rolled in. f) In view of the performance of KISSING MASTER (N Patel) (12.80 lengths, 16/1 in the betting) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. g) MANY WATERS (R A Venniker), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
