THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	ELUSIVE BOMBA (C Maujean) was stubborn loading. 
b)	SALAGADOOLA (C Zackey) was nervous in the stalls.
c)	TOTAL ERUPTION (*G Dookhit) jumped slow, losing two lengths.
d)	SIXTYZERO (M Yeni) jumped slow, losing two to three lengths.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (12h25)
b)	Permission was granted for SABRAGE (M van Rensburg) and WORLD SOPRANO (S Naidoo) to be assisted 	by a lead pony when proceeding to the start. 
c)	All Riders were weighed out manually for this race as there was a technical issue with the scale. This was 	reported to the Racing Operator. 
d)	The bridle on WORLD SOPRANO (S Naidoo) was not fitted correctly and had to be re-fitted prior to this 	gelding leaving the parade ring.
e)	TOTAL ERUPTION (*G Dookhit) over raced in the early and middle stages and proved difficult to settle.
f)	THE SCARLET CAT (*B Soodoo) over raced in the early and middle stages. 
g)	Jockey W Agrella did not persevere with his riding of DOWN TOWN CODY from the 400m. The Veterinary 	Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
	DOWN TOWN CODY (W Agrella) returned with a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise-induced pulmonary 	haemorrhage and is suspended for a period of 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The 	National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1. (Dr K Davis)
h)	SABRAGE (M van Rensburg) was hanging out between the 400m and the 250m.
i)	GIMMETHEGOLD (*I Taka), which was hanging in from the 300m, was directed outward to obtain clear 	running at approximately the 150m.
j)	SIXTYZERO (M Yeni) shifted out away from the crop from the 100m and was corrected shortly before the 	finish line. 
k)	BLAME IT ON ME, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer JP Nel was 	advised. (LM)
