THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	SUPREME JUDGE (S Naidoo) was unruly behind the stalls and stubborn loading, causing a delay and 	thereafter, was nervous in the stalls.
b)	KLEINZEE (X Ndlovu) and HOSPICES DE BEAUNE (K Strydom) were stubborn loading.
c)	O SPACE O (M van Rensburg) was stubborn loading and jumped slow, losing one length.
d)	DAS GUTE (*J Botes) and HAZE AND SMOKE (C Maujean) were nervous in the stalls.
e)	SAN QUINTIN (MK Katjedi) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (14h51)
b)	Permission was granted for SUPREME JUDGE (S Naidoo) and O SPACE O (M van Rensburg) to be assisted 	by a lead pony when proceeding to the start.
c)	PRINCESS OF BAYEUX (G Wright) was hanging out on the first turn at approximately the 1300m and 	thereafter, Jockey G Wright reported that this mare choked up in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was 	requested to examine. 
d)	In view of the report from the Starter regarding SUPREME JUDGE (S Naidoo), Trainer DG Smith was advised 	to have this gelding re-schooled prior to his next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10.
e)	KLEINZEE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AC Greeff was 	advised. (LM)
