THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	TAKE IT AS RED (O Noach) was restless in the stalls and jumped slow, losing two lengths.
b)	PARALEGAL (*V Jodhee) and WHY NOT JACKIE (C Zackey) jumped slow, losing one length.
c)	WILLIAM'S WOMAN (C Orffer) jumped awkwardly, with its head up.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. (14h13)
b)	The Stewards reviewed the start with regard to TAKE IT AS RED (O Noach) in stall gate 8 and 	established that this filly had become restless in the stalls as the start was effected and, as a 	consequence, had lost two lengths. The Stewards were satisfied that the loss of ground was as a 	result of its own behaviour and therefore, took no further action.
c)	INNERBLOOM (C Little) was hanging out in the latter stages.
d)	In view of the performance of WILLIAM'S WOMAN (C Orffer), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to 	examine this filly.
e)	MEG'S LEGACY, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AN Marcus 	was advised. (SC)
