THE STARTER REPORTED: a) HEAVENLY LACE (C Habib) was slow, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) MEMPHIS (D Schwarz) over-raced in the early and middle stages and tired badly from the 300m. Thereafter, Jockey D Schwarz reported that he felt something amiss with this filly in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) SWEETSUMMERLOVE (R Danielson), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
