THE STARTER REPORTED: a) POETS WARRIOR (R A Venniker) jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) Shortly after the start, SHOOT THE RAPIDS was steadied momentarily when awkwardly placed on the inside of ROYAL INVITATION (J Gates), which rolled in. c) In view of the performance of MO MENT, (distance, betting 100/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the performance of ROYAL INVITATION, (distance, betting 14/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) Jockey R A Venniker reported that POETS WARRIOR did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. f) Jockey M Yeni reported that HOTARUBI did not stride out freely in running.
