Stipes Report

THE START OF THIS RACE WAS DELAYED DUE TO THE DELAY IN THE PREVIOUS RACE.

THE STARTER REPORTED:
a)	MUSICAL SCORE stood, losing many lengths. The starting stall certificate for this gelding has been withdrawn. Trainer M N Houdalakis was advised (LAS).     
b)	CARE FORGOT was slow into stride.	
   
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded.
b)	At approximately the 1200m, WORLD OF ALICE was steadied when awkwardly placed inside of MAIN DEFENDER, which shifted in sharply when commencing to over-race. 
c)	MAIN DEFENDER hung in badly from the 400m. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
d)	YIPPEE KIYAY hung in from the 300m.
e)	At approximately the 150m, WORLD OF ALICE and CARE FORGOT came together and bumped when tightened for galloping room between TEXAS RED, which rolled out, and MAIN DEFENDER, which hung in from the 400m.
f)	Jockey	M Yeni reported that ARGO ALLEY did not stride out freely in running. 
The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. 	
g)	In view of the Starter's report with regard to MUSICAL SCORE, this gelding's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn, and he is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable loading and jumping with a companion. 
Suspension dates: 11 May 2026 to 17 May 2026.  MUSICAL SCORE may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer M N Houdalakis was advised.  	
h)	MONEY HEIST, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.	
Trainer A P Peter was advised (MduP).
	
JOCKEY CHANGES:
a)	WORLD OF ALICE was ridden by Jockey C Maujean, who weighed out at 52,4kg (declared 10 May 2026 at 11H04).		
	Stipes' permission in terms of Rule 59.9, as there were no other jockeys available at the weight. 
b)	MUSICAL SCORE: Jockey K de Melo weighed out at 54,7kg, 0,5kg over the carded weight.
	
THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED:
a)	MAIN DEFENDER examined post-race, nothing obvious detected.
b)	ARGO ALLEY lame left front. Veterinary report required prior to racing. Rule 49.7 applies.

c)	THE AFRICA HOUSE fatigued.
