THE STARTER REPORTED: a) TATTENHAM HILL (K Matsunyane) and CATCHTHEGREENLIGHT (*J Solomons) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) ABSOLUTE VALUE (J P v'd Merwe) over-raced in the early and middle stages. b) Shortly before the finish line, CALIBRE CREST (J Mariba) had to steady momentarily when awkwardly placed between QUNETRA (R Danielson) and CALL ME MASTER (M Yeni). c) Jockey D Schwarz reported that SEA WAYS took no interest in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) CATCHTHEGREENLIGHT (*J Solomons), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer F P Habib advised (GF). JOCKEY CHANGES: None. RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: a) TATTENHAM HILL is a gelding (Gelded 23/08/2021).
