THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ENERGIA jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) Shortly after the start, WINTER BELLE was bumped out by ENERGIA, which jumped outwards leaving the stalls. c) At approximately the 300m, SECRET LIFE was carried in by ELEGANT EDGE, which shifted in sharply away from the crop d) Jockey M K Katjedi reported that WINTER BELLE did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) PRINCESS OF ALL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer M N Houdalakis was advised (MduP). JOCKEY CHANGES: a) ELEGANT EDGE was ridden by Jockey J Botes (declared 13 May 2026 at 07H42). THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED: a) WINTER BELLE mouth injury. b) MASTER'S LADY abnormal respiratory noise; blowing post-race. c) ELEGANT EDGE blowing post-race.
