Stipes Report
START. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) GOTTHETIGER jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) LUCKY AWESOME jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) After returning from an injury, Jockey G Lerena was examined by the Course Medical Officer and declared fit to fulfil his riding engagements. c) Shortly after the start, POGINI GREINE was bumped out by LUCKY AWESOME, which jumped outwards leaving the stalls. d) LUCKY AWESOME raced green. e) KNIGHT HEIST shifted both ways away from the crop from the 300m. f) At approximately the 100m, HATTORI HANZO, which hung out, was steadied when awkwardly placed on the heels of ALL TIME LEGEND, which had come to the end of its run. g) Jockey C Murray reported ALL TIME LEGEND took a number of awkward strides in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. h) Apprentice K J Lihaba reported that BE MY LIGHT did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. i) GONE COLD, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A G Laird was advised (MduP).
