THE START OF THIS RACE WAS DELAYED DUE TO THE DELAY IN THE PREVIOUS RACE. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) LEGENDARY was stubborn loading. b) ROYAL HORIZON and STOP THE TRAFFIC jumped inwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels, and no retests were recorded. b) STOP THE TRAFFIC hung in from the 300m. c) Jockey Wes Marwing reported that he felt something amiss with ROYAL HORIZON in running. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. d) LEGENDARY, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer C Naude, acting on behalf of Trainer C Binda, was advised (MduP). JOCKEY CHANGES: None. THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED: a) ROYAL HORIZON not striding out right hind.
