THE STARTER REPORTED: a) THE MIKDADO and CONTINENTALEXPRESS lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DM) : a) All horses selected for TCO2 were within the required levels and no retests were recorded. b) CHILL IN THE AIR over-raced in the early and middle stages. c) Leaving the 1300m SAXON DYNASTY, which over-raced in the early and middle stages, ran onto, and clipped the heels of ROYAL INVITATION. d) DANCE KING shifted in away from the crop in the concluding stages. e) Jockey K de Melo reported that he felt something amiss in the running with SHE'S A BOMBER. The Veterinarian was requested to examine. f) In view of the performance of SAXON DYNASTY (11.05 lengths and 28/10 in the betting), the Veterinarian was requested to examine. g) DANCE KING, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer W C Marwing was advised (DZ). h) VIHAAN'S BOMB, unplaced, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D Zaki was advised (SP). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) GO GRAYSON GO raced equipped in a rope gag (Permission was granted by the Stewards in consultation with the NHA Chief Veterinarian, after being passed exercising equipped in this manner). THE VETERINARIAN REPORTED : a) SAXON DYNASTY : Nothing obvious detected. b) SHE'S A BOMBER : Nothing obvious detected. c) VIHAAN'S BOMB : Returned post-race having cast the left hind shoe.
