THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, WECANGOALLNIGHT (C Zackey), which had jumped outwards, shifted out, clipped the heels of ALPINE CHALLENGE (L Mxothwa) and had to be steadied. b) An Inquiry will be held into Jockey A Domeyer's (CHARLES DICKENS) riding in the latter stages. c) CHARLES DICKENS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
