THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	Fair start.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	All camera angles to the Boardroom froze between the 1000m and the 800m and again between the 300m and the 200m. This has been reported to the Kenilworth Racing Duty Manager.
b) 	ROBERT BURNS (L Mxothwa) and ELECTRIC WARRIOR (K de Melo) pulled hard in the early stages.
c)	GLOBAL MOVEMENT (A Domeyer) raced wide on the bend and into the straight.
d)	Approaching the 100m NAUSHON (S Khumalo) shifted in away from the crop and had to be straightened. Thereafter NAUSHON (S Khumalo) raced tight on the outside of TWICE THE MASTER (J Jacobs) which rolled out at the finish.
e).	Approaching the 50m Jockey L Mxothwa's (ROBERT BURNS) crop was struck from his hand by Jockey A Domeyer (GLOBAL MOVEMENT).
f)	DOUGLAS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer B Crawford was advised. (CvA)
g)	RUN RUDOLPH RUN, the second-placed horse, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AN Marcus was advised. (SC)
