THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) POWER GRID (D Ashby) raced awkwardly on the bend. b) ALL LIT UP (S Khumalo) was continually held up for a clear run between the 500m and the 200m. Thereafter, ALL LIT UP (S Khumalo) had to be steadied when close to the heels of POWER GRID (D Ashby), which rolled out slightly. c) VAN HUNKS (M Yeni) was held up for a clear run between the 200m and the finish. d) SUN DAZED, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
