THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	DEAN STREET (R Fourie) was fractious behind the stalls, reluctant to load and had to be hooded, causing a delay.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Jockey O Noach was re-examined by the course medical officer and cleared fit to ride.
b)	DEAN STREET (R Fourie) raced awkwardly with its head turned in the early stages.
c)	ALL ABOUT AL (C Zackey) and TRANSACT (G Cheyne) were hanging in from the 300m.
d)	Jockey A Domeyer reported that HIS CHOICE failed to respond to his urgings from the 350m. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
e)	In view of the report from the starter regarding DEAN STREET (O Noach), this gelding's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and he is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 and until such time as he proves to be tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 05/07/2022 to 11/07/2022 inclusive). DEAN STREET may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
