The start of this race was delayed due to the delay in the previous race. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) LUCRETIUS (S Moodley) and HOT STRIKE (C F Dicken) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) LUCRETIUS (S Moodley) over-raced in the early and middle stages. b) Jockey M Yeni reported that the saddle on KADIZORA slipped back in the running. This was confirmed by the video evidence. c) Jockey G Lerena reported that BLACKBERRY BREEZE changed stride repeatedly in the running. In view of this, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) ARVERNI KING (R Munger), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
