THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CLEAR THE PATH (K Matsunyane) was restless in the stalls and put its head to the side as the start was effected, resulting in this gelding losing one length. b) NUCLEAR FORCE (R Munger) jumped outwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) The breastplate on ALAKANANI (C Maujean) broke in running. b) In view of the performance of CLEAR THE PATH (K Matsunyane, (distance 21,00 lengths, betting 28/10), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. c) MO MENT (J R Syster), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Stable Employee J Webber was advised (AH). JOCKEY CHANGES: None. RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: a) ALAKANANI without a tongue tie (declared 22 March 2025 at 09H48).
