THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 1000m, ICE AND FIRE (C Orffer) was steadied off the heels of NOT YOUR CALL (K de Melo) which rolled in. b) Between the 300m and the 250m, LEMME GO (T Gumede), which was hanging in from the 400m, was carried out by GERONIMO (A Arries) which rolled out. c) In the concluding stages, MINSTREL GALLERY (*G Pieterse) was switched in away from COLOUR OF MONEY (A Mgudlwa), which was switched to the inside of PHAKA IMALI (M Khan) to obtain a clear run. d) Jockey K de Melo reported that NOT YOUR CALL made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running.
